Learn how to quit dipping or chewing tobacco cold turkey with this trick I've learned over the years.
I tried several times to quit dipping tobacco and always kept going back to it before I realized the real way to quit.
I think the best way is to stop cold turkey, and don't use any dip alternatives. Then, treat yourself as if you're sick, because you actually will be sick with nicotine withdrawal.
Use nicotine gum to help relieve symptoms (that's your medicine).
Don't try to follow the typical advice for quitting dipping or chewing tobacco because it doesn't work well.
